Pain Of Man is a high-energy heavy metal and rock band hailing from Lexington, Kentucky, USA, known for blending crushing riffs with unexpected doses of rap-inspired rhythm and vocal swagger. In February 2026, Pain Of Man released their much-anticipated debut album, Give It All Away — a bold statement of intent.
